Onora will be graduating with a Master of Science degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
While earning her degree, Onora balanced graduate school with working nights for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department and serving as President of the Criminal Justice Honors Society, Alpha Phi Sigma. She hopes to continue helping others through a future career in federal law enforcement.

🎉 Meet Gabriel Hernandez, our next CHHS Class of 2026 Student Spotlight! Gabriel will be graduating with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
After overcoming an injury near the end of his service as a Marine, Gabriel was inspired to pursue physical therapy to help others recover, rebuild confidence, and improve their quality of life. He hopes to use his experiences to support veteran communities and help others return to the activities that matter most to them.

Named in honor of Mary McMillan, founder of the American Physical Therapy Association, this highly competitive national scholarship is awarded to a select, small group of physical therapist and physical therapist assistant students each year who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, leadership, and professional potential as they near completion of their programs.
