A gentle reminder during finals season đŤ
You are not alone.
You are capable, resilient, and doing the best you can.
Good luck on finals, and donât forget to take care of yourself along the way â¨
Did you know that both currently enrolled full- and part-time students have access to Counseling and Psychological Services on campus at no additional charge?
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and with finals just finishing up and seniors preparing for commencement, it is important to take a step back and check in with yourself.
CAPS offers counseling services that help students adjust to college life, cope with personal challenges, gain self-awareness, and address psychological concerns. You can meet with a counselor to determine the best way to address your needs.
We are proud to partner with CAPS to offer the Mobile Crisis Team, which is comprised of a crisis response clinician and a campus safety specialist (CSS).

Unclench your jaw.
Drop your shoulders.
Take a deep breath in⌠and let it go.
You donât have to do everything at once. One task, one step, one breath at a time. Youâre allowed to rest, reset, and take care of yourself.
Good luck on finals, youâve got this! đ
