At @csolroastery we roast on a fully electric @roestcoffee P3000, a machine with a small footprint, but one that proves size says nothing about strength or quality.
Every batch stays consistent at 3 kg, allowing us to stay close to the process and truly understand what happens inside the bean.
Each roast takes around 6:30–7:30 minutes.
Not because the clock tells us to — but because every coffee is different, and every origin deserves its own profile.
We didn’t choose this roaster by chance. We believe that data helps us create consistency and repeatability, supporting the quality you experience every day. But numbers never make the final decision.
Taste does.
That’s why our process is data supported and taste guided — shaped by experience, refined through precision, and always centred around the cup.
Chosen with care. Roasted with precision.
Made for slow moments.

To us, interior design is all about shaping a space that reflects who we are and feels inspiring, warm, and meaningful. It’s about creating a shelter that gives us an authentic sense of belonging. Coffee, just like music, also participates in this. It’s a daily ritual that slows things down, anchors us in the present, and becomes part of what we call home.

In Vienna’s Mariahilf district, Josua Kopp @josua.coffee has created more than just a café.
After years of moving through the coffee world, through pop-ups, and espresso bars Josua decided to settle down.
Vintage elements meet clean lines,
ceramics sit next to stainless steel,
and every detail feels like it belongs to a moment already lived.
And somehow it feels like a place where C•SOL belongs.
„C“ for Connections - Today we have been visiting @dripcoffeeculture in Upper Austria Linz.
Founded by Daniel Eichinger (@ei_dnl ) and two world tour cyclists Felix Großschartner @felixgro93 & Michael Gogl @michaelgogl & Dominik Prexl.
A place that doesn’t try to be everything, but instead does one thing really well: creating a meaningful coffee experience.
