✨ It’s here... “Analog: How to Love Your Work and Not Wait for Retirement to Live the Good Life” is out in the world today. ✨ I can’t even begin to express how much gratitude I feel right now. This book represents years of lessons, hard work, collaboration, and reflections — and the support of so many incredible people who believed in me, challenged me, and helped bring this to life. From this moment forward, it’s no longer mine — it’s shared with you — it’s ours. A community awaits us. If you read it, share it, talk about it, or simply take a moment to reflect on your own analog journey… thank you. You know the dealio, the link to Analog is in my bio. 🥂 Here’s to choosing yourself. Here’s to not waiting for “someday.” Here’s to living the good life — now. 📸 Author photo by @jjamesjoiner #AnalogBook #AnalogLife #ChooseYourself #LiveTheGoodLifeNow #BookLaunchDay

✨ Do you like the cover to Analog? I wanted to tell you about it today. The artwork was done by Gabe Schneider of Sight Study, an art & design studio tucked in the redwoods of Northern California. He does illustration, concert posters, and much more and I’ve been enjoying his art on Insta for a while now. Collaborating with Gabe meant bringing all that depth into a book cover: texture, iconography, artistry — things you usually don’t see in a business book. Gabe nailed it. Go check out his work on Instagram at @sitestudy — he’s amazing, and I’m so grateful to have him as the designer on this book. My friend Rich was the one who told me that the job of a books title & cover is to get someone to pick it up and flip it over, even though the cover might be “a little psychedelic for a business book”… but personally, I like it that way. Fits my vibe. I’ll share the full acknowledgments when the book is out, but today I want to pause and thank a few people who helped me bring Analog into the world: 💫 Anne Driscoll @aed311 — my love, my constant, and my truest collaborator. 💫 Rich Binell @richbinell — for helping me find the thread that holds it together and finish it. 💫 Gabe Schneider @sightstudy — for making the cover a work of art. This has been a long road, one I never could’ve walked alone. I’m super grateful — and can’t wait for you to read it. I hope it’s something worthy of sitting on your bedside table or bookshelf and the art brings you inspiration and joy. Just as a FYI - the kindle is available for pre-order now. The hardcover and paperback that will have this cover will be released Oct 21. ✌️❤️& 📚 #Analog #BookCoverDesign #Gratitude #ArtMeetsBusiness #theanalogway

Big thanks to everyone who showed up for Analog Sessions this weekend. Great crowd, great energy, real conversation. Exactly what these sessions are meant to be about. Building culture in a town we love — together. This first one felt special. More to Analog Sessions to come.

Harper said last fall on the way to Mexico — ‘we never go on adventures anymore’ so we decided on the spot to go to Japan 🇯🇵 — best decision ever, i loved it. So much interesting culture, such a world away. So many wonderful things to experience: fatty tuna and a beer for breakfast at the fish market, drinking milk after hot spring baths like an Onsen master, temples, shrines, walking and biking through Kyoto, record bars and rock and roll whisky bars, claw machines, wagyu beef, ramen vending machine ordering, shopping for denim, vibing at TeamLab, riding the subways… The list goes on, adventures were amazing, the people were beautiful the culture is unique and I learned so much. Feeling grateful for the experience and for my wife @aed311 who put together such a special trip of a lifetime. ✌️❤️🇯🇵

Japan showed me what love of people looks like at scale. Millions living closely — moving with reverence for one another. You see it in the bow. In the precision of craft. In the discipline of shared spaces. It’s honor woven into everyday life. Analog beauty. Modern efficiency. Spiritual depth. A masterclass in humanity. ❤️🇯🇵

“We are so lucky to live somewhere where people are creative and constantly thinking of ways to celebrate what we have.” “Whether it’s a festival, a book, or a local project, our mission is the same: help people find their path, trust their calling, and choose themselves.” Feeling deeply grateful to be featured in @sonomamag this month and to share a little window into what we’re building through @cosmicofest , Analog, and the @launchpadfoundation . This work is rooted in community, creativity, and connection — and it only exists because of the people who keep showing up, believing, and supporting the mission here in Sonoma County and beyond. 🤍
