It’s not the formula. šŸ‘€ It’s how you’re laying it down. Bad placement. Inconsistent saturation. Rushing. 😭 That’s why it’s not lifting right. And if the lift isn’t right… the toner is not going to save you. At all. That ā€œoffā€ blonde? It started way before the toner bowl. It’s not the product, babe. It’s the application. Fix that… and everything changes. šŸ˜®ā€šŸ”„ Stylists — be honest… are you still relying on toner to fix it? šŸ‘€ If this hit, you’re exactly who my classes are for. 🫶 And yes… I travel for in-salon education. šŸ¤

Good extensions shouldn’t be obvious šŸ‘€ They should feel like your hair. Move like your hair. Blend like your hair šŸ˜®ā€šŸ”„ That’s the goal. Every single time. Because it’s not just about adding length or volume… it’s about creating something seamless, something intentional. If you can see the extensions, we’re not done 😭 This is where placement, balance, and blend really matter. And it’s the difference between ā€œextensionsā€ and undetectable hair. Stylists — be honest… are you installing, or are you actually blending? šŸ‘€ This is a big part of what I teach in my extension education 🫶 because once you understand this, your work hits completely different And yes babe… I travel for in-salon classes too šŸ¤

Everyone always asks: ā€œwhat toner did you use?ā€ šŸ‘€ But babe… it’s not the toner. If the lift isn’t there, the tone can’t fix it. It can refine it, sure… but it can’t create what wasn’t built properly 😭 That’s why some blondes look ā€œoffā€ even after toning… the foundation just wasn’t strong enough. Lift first. Tone second. Always 😌✨ Stylists — be real… do you find yourself relying on toner to fix the result? šŸ‘€ If you’re ready to actually understand blonding from the ground up, this is exactly what I teach in my classes 🫶 And yes babe… I travel for in-salon education too šŸ¤

THE FOUR C’S every blonde specialist needs šŸ˜®ā€šŸ”„ Babe… this is the shift. Everyone wants better blondes, better results, better consistency… but they’re skipping the foundation 😭 It really comes down to this: CONTROL — if you can’t control your sections, saturation, and placement… your results will always be inconsistent. CONSISTENCY — your work shouldn’t feel like a guessing game. It should hit every single time. CLARITY — you need to know exactly what you’re doing and why. Confusion always shows in the final result. CONFIDENCE — this comes from repetition. Once it clicks, you stop second guessing and start trusting your eye 😌 It’s not the product. It’s not luck. It’s this. Stylists — be honest… which ā€œCā€ are you struggling with the most? šŸ‘€ If you’re ready to actually lock this in and stop guessing, this is exactly what I teach in my classes 🫶 And yes babe… I travel for in-salon education too šŸ¤

Why some blondes look EXPENSIVE… and some don’t šŸ‘€ And no, babe… it’s not just about how blonde you go. You can be super light, and it still falls flat 😭 What actually makes it hit? Dimension. Contrast. Placement. That’s what gives you movement. That’s what makes it look effortless. That’s what makes it look expensive šŸ˜®ā€šŸ”„ Because let’s be real… one-tone blonde with no depth? It’s just not giving. It’s never about doing more— it’s about doing it with intention .😌✨ Stylists — be real… are you adding depth or just adding more blonde? šŸ‘€ If you’re ready to level up your blonding and actually understand placement, my classes go deep into this 🫶 And if you want me to bring this education to your salon… you already know — request form is open šŸ¤

You’re not lifting wrong… you’re applying wrong babe 😭 I see this ALL the time. Everyone wants to blame the lightener, the formula, the toner… But if your sections are too thick and your saturation isn’t there… it’s never going to lift the way you want šŸ‘€ This is the part that actually matters: Ā· Clean sections Ā· Full saturation Ā· Taking your time Because rushing it? That’s exactly how you get uneven, patchy blondes šŸ˜®ā€šŸ”„ Slow down. Be intentional. That’s the difference. Stylists — if this is something you’ve struggled with, you’re not alone… but this is exactly the kind of technique shift I teach in my classes 🫶 If you’re ready to actually understand your blonding and not just hope it works… you already know where to find me šŸ¤
