the text in gothic textualis says something like→
incipit psalterium bti st hieronymi (here begins the psalter of blessed saint jerome)
verba mea auribus percipe, domine; intellige clamorem meum (give ear to my words, o lord, understand my cry)
intende voci orationis meae, rex meus et deus meus (my voice shalt thou hear in the morning, o lord)
