It has snowed over @aikkyafarms and I needed to do something about the fomo, hence a little note for Aikkya.
Sitla holds many strings to my heart - the valleys, peaks, animals, trees, air, silence to name a few hundred of them, pulling me back like clockwork. But some people add another hundred on their own. There's Avijeet with his art, precision cooking, music and Shivani with her apricot jam, friendship, hospitality, a memory for everything about everyone, and tireless offers for ice cream in the cold of winter. Then there are the people we meet here each time, always kindred spirits, a delightful collision of timelines. S + A have built something so immensely kind, lovely and affectionate with @aikkyafarms . For everyone who comes back, it's probably the same inexplicable yearning for a place that feels like home, the first time and every time.
Now manifesting being able to return to Aikkya with snow in tow.
