Improv 101 at Crowdsourced Comedy is a welcoming, beginner-friendly class for people who want to build confidence, meet new people, and try something creative in a low-pressure environment. You don’t need to be “funny.” You don’t need experience. You don’t need to perform if you don’t want to. This class is for people who want to get out of their head, trust their instincts, and have fun doing it. We focus on the foundations of improv comedy while creating a supportive space where it’s okay to take risks, make mistakes, and learn alongside others who are doing the same. Many students join to work on social anxiety, communication, or confidence. Others just want a fun weekly outlet and a new community. New Improv 101 courses start the first week of every month in Salt Lake City. Classes meet weekly for four weeks and end with an optional student showcase. Payment plans are available because price shouldn’t be a barrier to trying something new.
