This is Aaron, Crouching Monkey's Restaurant Manager. Originally from Ireland, Aaron has been living in Australia for the last three years, and has over 11 years of experience in hospitality. If you've dined with us since February, chances are you've seen him whipping up perfect service with his iconic smile.
