科學巡迴演出已圓滿結束，同時為裘槎科學周揭開了精彩的序幕。🎉 過去一週，來自英國 Science Made Simple sc 的 David Price 走訪全港 15 所學校，向同學們介紹四位成就卓越卻默默無名的女性科學家，讓更多學生了解這些科學家們造福人類的發現。 同學們的積極參與，令David印象尤其深刻。當被問及如何令火山變得更安全，學生的回應踴躍：例如用水泥封住火山口，將火山遷移至火星、或定期清理熔岩，同學們的奇思妙想讓全場笑聲不斷，也讓我們看到了科學的無限可能。🌋🚀 衷心感謝所有參與學校的支持，以及David和廣東話傳譯員Ana在每場演出中所展現的專業與熱忱。希望下次的科學巡迴演出，能再次與大家見面！ The School Tour Show has officially concluded,and what a memorable start to Croucher Science Week it has been. 🎉 Over the past week, David Price from @scimadesimple Science Made Simple (UK) visited 15 schools across the city, introducing pupils to the stories of four brilliant yet largely unrecognised female scientists, figures whose contributions to science are long overdue for recognition. The enthusiasm in the room was remarkable. When challenged to think of ways to make volcanoes safer, pupils responded with impressive imagination — proposing everything from cementing craters shut to relocating volcanoes to Mars entirely. 🌋 It is precisely this kind of creative, independent thinking that science education should nurture. Our sincere gratitude goes to all participating schools, and to David and our interpreter Ana for their dedication and passion throughout. Hope to see you all next time!
