We wanted to wish our friends, Sarah and Danielle Patterson a huge congratulations on their new Restaurant @jacaranda.la which is opening tonight.
Both Sara and daniel have been incredibly good friends to Crossroads. Daniel has done dinners with us both here and at Alta and his food is just incredible. Chef Tal has looked up to Daniel for decades, when he was running his Michelin stared restaurants in the Bay Area, and have now become very close friends.
The restaurant is a tasting menu format, which we are very excited about. It’s tough to find a good plant-based tasting menu in this city although this is not a vegan restaurant you can always count on Daniel putting out some of the best vegan food and you can opt in for a vegan version of his testing menu!
