Hyphy Hoe Down MOW #5 “ The Thizzle Dance“
The Thizzle Dance was created by Bay Area legend, Mac Dre to his iconic hit in the same name. This dance was known for just “going dumb” losing yourself and having fun in the moment. This mindset has always been characteristic of Bay Area Huphy dance.
This is another of my FAVORITE Bay Area Dances, namely because it’s highly encouraged to just lose yourself in the dance, have fun, and vibe out!

Hyphy Hoe Down MOW #4 “ The Smeeze “
The Smeeze is arguably the most Iconic Bay Area Hip Hop dance move. Created by Denzel “Chonky / Chonskster” in the mid 2000’s and went viral instantly!
This is my FAVORITE Bay Area Dance move, and I will lose my 💩 if anyone hits this on a phrase change in the Hyphy Hoe Down!
