Omaki Farouk Ateiza, professionally known as Cross YDC, is a Nigerian music producer and audio engineer from Nasarawa State, raised in Abuja. He is recognized as one of the emerging architects of Abujaâs hip-hop and drill sound. Crosshas produced sme notable hits like, Wotowoto Seasoning by ODUMODUBLVCK featuring Black Sherif, a standout track from the project Eziokwu. Known for blending hard-hitting drums with atmospheric melodies, Cross plays a dual role in crafting beats and refining final mixes. His work reflects Nigeriaâs evolving urban sound, combining drill, Afro-fusion, and hip-hop elements. As part of the new generation of producers, he continues shaping the sonic identity of contemporary Nigerian rap and street music culture
