We’d like to take a moment to thank you all for a wonderful first month. We’ve been plotting and planning since summertime to get these doors open, and honestly, we couldn’t have wished for a better moment. When the room fills with people, candlelight, and that slight condensation hits the windows, the place really starts to breathe – cozy, warm, alive.
We feel grateful to have found our tiny castle in the Jordaan. And we can’t say this enough: thank you to our legendary team for pushing so incredibly hard alongside us. Wishing everyone happy holidays! Get cozy, eat well, and maybe get a little tipsy too ;)
We’re looking forward to what’s ahead and to all the learning curves that will no doubt come our way…

Since leaving our kitchen last year, Ciaran has continued to develop his style through pop-ups at Otto Berlin, Delicatessen Place, Chenin Bangkok, and Bodega Amsterdam, to name a few.
