Ahhhh tomorrow I’ll be performing my first hoop routine in 4 years! 😱 in @criptonitetheshow at @funhausfactory 😁 I won’t lie I’ve avoided hoop for quite a while cause I’ve always felt out of my depth surrounded by so many incredible hoop artists 🙈 but I’ve really pushed myself this last 6-months especially, out of my comfort zone, past the limitations I had put on myself and am seeing the results 🥹 I’ve unlocked skills I never thought I could do, baring in mind I came into this world just over 4 years ago, no gymnastics experience, could barely get off the sofa, and only 6 months post amputation. I’m very very hard on myself, I spend a lot of time telling myself I’ll never be good enough and that I will drown in this industry but lucky for me I have people around me who believe otherwise 💖🥲
