That’s a wrap on drag race YXE s2 ! • • This competition helped me grow so much and I am so happy I got the opportunity to be apart of it! From the critiques and conversations I had with judges where they gave me advice and pushed me to grow, to the cast I got to know so well and I am lucky enough to now call my friends, to the people in the audience I got to meet who were cheering me on, the whole thing was amazing. I feel so so so proud of myself and everything that i showcased throughout the entire competition and I’m so excited to show you all more of Crimsyn in the future 💕 • Thank you to everyone who supported me throughout my drag journey and continues to be there for me now. It really does take a village and I wouldn’t be where I am without the help from all of you ! 🩷 • Congratulations to @ayana_xiaa for taking home the crown, ily girl ! Although it was a competition, it was amazing to have everyone supporting each other. There were countless times I would be up late just talking in circles with fellow cast members about all the ideas in my brain for the coming weeks and we’d bounce ideas back and forth and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. This is probably my favourite post I’ve made yet on this account. Redesigning and upscaling the dress I wore as a little kid was such a special moment for me and I was so honoured to be able to share that with everyone who came to week one of Drag Race YXE ! I’ve had this idea for a long a time and when I heard there was a “who are you” runway, I knew it was the perfect opportunity to make it a reality. What says who Crimsyn is better than young me sneaking into my sister’s closet and stealing her dress that my grandma made as a little kid ! This wouldn’t have been possible without a massive help from @marshamelo98 who spent multiple days sewing this dress for me and making my vision come to life, so a massive shoutout to her ! 🩷 Thank you to everyone in my life who has held me up and supported me, it means the world !
