I updated this roast profile for @micrentals with a single origin Pink Bourbon varietal from the Huila Region of Colombia. Paired with the washed and chocholatey Peru Cajamarca it is stately, refined, and regal even? Not on the website for purchase, go rent something from Mic Rentals and hopefully you can get a bag. Itâs special and if you could just go buy some, then it would cease to be special. đââïžbye

New bag and seasonal roast profile for my friends at MicRentals. First crop of a clean Ethiopian Guji paired with a really rich Honey Processed TarrazĂș from Costa Rica. Hope you rent enough mics to try it because itâs really special.
New collaboration roast with D&B Audiotechnik. Itâs a 3 part profile. LF comes from El Salvador, MF comes from Kenya, and the HF is from Costa Rica. Itâs clean, structured, musical, and refined. @dbaudiotechnik_gmbh
Two âwashedâ coffees just posted on the store that have traditional flavor profiles with some new world twists. If you like cozier coffee try the Guatemala Cabulco La Morena. If you want something sweeter and fruit forward try the Colombia Nariño JuanambĂș Canyon. Both roast profiles are great examples of each origin and versatile enough to work in both filter applications as well as espresso. Subscribers are already receiving the Colombian as this monthâs âJelly of the Month Clubâ.
Cordillera de Fuego: Tarrazu, Costa Rica
Experimental âThermicâ Process makes for a complex and vibrant cup. Hibiscus, Cinnamon, Apple Jolly Rancher.
Itâs Beautiful.
Jelly of the Month Members will already receive this as Decemberâs Roast!
