Last night felt like a movie. ✨ I had the absolute honor of hosting Coach Temi @theglobaltemi and some of Launchpad’s incredible mentees from @thegrowtribe in Abuja with a chef Chantelle experience and honestly? I’m still taking it all in. As a mentee myself, it means so much to not only learn from someone I deeply respect, but to also serve her and the powerful community she has built over the years. This may have been “just” 20 people… but for me, it was the global launchpad community. My first major catering experience in Nigeria. 20 plates. Countless compliments. A room filled with brilliance, impact, leadership, and global excellence… eating my food. Whew. What a moment!! To hear the joy, see the satisfaction, and witness people of such caliber genuinely enjoy what I created? Tremendous doesn’t even begin to cover it. Thank you, Coach Temi, for trusting me, choosing me, and giving me this opportunity. Out of so many options, you chose Chantelle’s Cookery, and that means everything. To every single person who came, ate, laughed, connected, learnt from Coach, (you can see how we all gathered to around the table to listen) that’s how it’s done, thank you.
