CRAFT has launched a survey to help Arts Council England (ACE) curate a comedy-specific advice session on project funding. We want to know your questions about the current process and what ACE should focus on for the comedy sector.
This is your chance to help demystify the National Lottery Project Grants and improve the industry’s success rate.

📣 LANDMARK INQUIRY: Misogyny in Comedy. The comedy industry—performers, promoters, and professionals of all genders—are invited to provide evidence for the Women & Equalities Committee’s Inquiry into Misogyny in Comedy—a campaign brought to the UK Government by CRAFT: @craft_cio .
The sessions are April 15 and April 28.

We also want to thank @samantha_niblett_mp and @simonforstroud for the introduction to Kim and for helping us get this vital conversation into the House of Commons.
It's a tough fortnight of evidence ahead, however we look forward to a safer industry for everyone. Comedy needs to be seen to be heard. Thanks to all the women who are giving evidence and everyone supporting this campaign.

Zero Minus One promises to be an excellent show. I wasn’t quite off book so this preview was a read-through, to make sure I somehow managed a coherent story from fragments of madness, and i’m happy to say it’s a solid foundation with tweaks needed, but ultimately the structure is strong, and it’s funnier than I expected. (Or the audience were a bunch of laughing liars!)
