@_bisousbisous 📍Manchester An intimate candle-lit evening, beautifully curated from start to finish ✨ We headed to the launch of the new Chef’s Menu @_bisousbisous and honestly, it was such a lovely experience. With a seasonal French-inspired five course tasting menu curated by resident chef Dave, every course felt thoughtful, refined and packed with flavour 🤍 What we tried: 🥖 Spiced Onion Focaccia with Coriander & Lemon Butter. 🧀 Goats Cheese & Chive Croquette with Truffle Mayo. 🍳 Crispy Poached Egg, Asparagus & Chives. 🥩 Crispy Lamb Breast with Herb Crumb, Carrot, Roast Garlic Jus & Lamb Fat Brioche. 🍋 Frozen Lemon Cured Parfait with Meringue & Raspberries. Loved it all. It was a great event and such a nice way to experience the new menu in a relaxed, intimate setting.
