So here it is … the start of something big @morgans_army_ @ironman_uk @ironmantri 🏊🚴🏃 Normally, an event like this wouldn’t shake me. But since the operation, even standing on the start line will feel like my biggest achievement yet. I owe it to myself, after the hardest year of my life. All I can do is hope and pray this little body of mine can recover from zero to a (half) Ironman in just seven months. It’s asking a lot, especially when two months ago I was hooked up to six opioid infusions just to manage the pain. Deep breaths and running still hurt, so I’m going to have to train smart over the next few months ⏳ It’s tough … my old body wouldn’t have questioned a challenge like this. But here’s to learning about this new body of mine, the one that’s saved me over and over again. I’ve raised money for cancer charities before, and there’s a reason I’m doing it again. We will never be ready to stop - not until we beat this disease 💪 Morgan’s Army supports families facing cancer, making sure nobody goes through the darkest and hardest times of their life alone 🎗️ My GoFundMe is in my bio (: This one is bigger than me … it’s for every fight we don’t see, and every one still to come 😎 @morgans_army_ @ironman_uk @ironmantri 📽️ : @ironmantri 🎵 : Wake Up by Eden / Seasons by Hannah Ekström #ironman #ironman70.3 #ironmanswansea #ironmanswansea703 #asicsfrontrunner2026 @asicsfrontrunner

It’s nearly the start of this year’s @boardmasters comp, so I thought I’d bring back a few pics from the epic event last year 🏆 Sadly, I won’t be there this year as I’m still going through treatment, and I’m gutted to be missing such a sick event — but I’ll be cheering from the sidelines, hoping for another home turf win 👀 Good luck to everyone competing this week … let’s go 🔥

⚡️ THE PROJECT BIG WEEKEND ⚡️ Epic event from @theprojectclimbingcentr last weekend … huge thanks to the crew for letting me come along and capture the madness 📸 There were so many different moments happening at once; climbers locked in on the wall, people analysing beta from the mats, big attempts with everyone watching, and those calm in-between moments where athletes just sit back and take it all in before their next go. That mix of intensity and community is what makes events like this so special. Tried to capture a bit of everything: the movement, the power, the focus, and the people behind it all. Big respect to everyone who competed and put on a show, and to the organisers, sponsors & setting team who organised such a smooth event 👏 ⚡️LINK IN BIO FOR PICTURES ⚡️ 🚨 please make sure to credit @creativesbylu when sharing & posting 🚨

Today’s International Women’s Day has made me feel all the feelings. I’m so incredibly proud of the women I have around me .. from doctors to professional athletes, artists, sergeants, and corporate queens. To be surrounded by so much talent inspires me every day to be a better woman, but these girls have also taught me how to be a friend, an honorary sister, and pretty much full-time family. Nothing beats girlhood. It’s that feeling of being so understood you don’t always have to explain yourself - where a certain look can say a million words & just one word means you’ll drop everything for them. The giggles that leave you on top of the world, the hugs when you need them most, and the constant support from the women who show up for you. Some of my closest friends are in the same city, others are in countries far away but distance will never dull a friendship built on so much love. Every time a woman stands up for herself, she stands up for all women. The girls around me have taught me more than any textbook or boy ever could: to be kind, to love deeply, to speak up loudly, to support as many people as possible, to stand your ground, and to always show up for each other. To laugh louder, dance more, and never limit what we believe we can achieve. There is truly no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish. What a privilege it is to have so many women in my life that inspire, nurture, challenge and love me in ways words can barely capture 🫂 So here’s to another year surrounded by the most bestest uber coolest chics on earth 🌏

happy international women’s day to the girls that give me my why for working in the industry that I do 📸 the creative industry hasn’t always been built for women. there have been more times than I can count where we’ve been shoved into the corner, our photos haven’t been credited, or our work hasn’t been fully appreciated. but it’s also amazing to see how things are changing … the Winter Olympics being mainly female-led photographers is huge, and now over 30% of creative journalists are women. and honestly, whenever things have felt tough, these girls have always been my biggest cheerleaders. they inspire, push, support and hype from every possible angle. they remind me that even when you work hard, your job doesn’t have to be boring - it can be overflowing with high psych, insane talent, inspiration, and so much support. thank you to every girl who’s trusted me to take content, photos and videos of you .. and for always being the funniest people to work with. so here’s to today, when the world shouts a little louder for us. because the only thing more powerful than women… is women together 🫶

Last week I had the pleasure of being part of @uoe_climbingclub fundraiser for our dear friend Simon, who recently passed away from cancer. It’s hard to describe how the day went - how am I meant to explain that such a sad day was completely overflowing with love? @uoe_climbingclub absolutely smashed their climbing target, climbing the height of both Everest and Ben Nevis at the @thequayclimbingcentre , followed by a quiz at @boulder_exe rounds of climbing questions, general knowledge, and plenty about Simon’s time here in Exeter. It’s utterly heartbreaking that he passed away far too soon. Simon was the kind of person who would always offer you a belay, hype you up after a climb, and had a smile that could lift anyone’s mood. We spoke often throughout both of our journeys through this horrible disease, comparing medications, laughing about the crazy side effects, and talking about treatment after treatment… but one conversation will always stay with me. I was about to go into a surgery I didn’t think I’d come out of, and Simon had come to terms with the fact he didn’t have much left to give. Yet somehow, he was the one reminding me about hope. He drilled into me how lucky we are to be knitted together by a community that cares so deeply - friends, family, and the incredible nurses and doctors who hold you up when it feels impossible to stay strong. I’ll always remember that voice note. And I’ll always remind people that love really is the answer to everything. Through the event and raffle tickets, @uoe_climbingclub raised £2,000 for @cr_uk and @florencenightingalefoundation , so thank you to everyone who made those incredible numbers happen. So yes … a sad night, but one completely overflowing with love. Simon never let cancer beat him. It was always Simon first, cancer always second. Thank you Simon, for showing us all how powerful a close, loving community can be 💛🎗️

2025 📸 This year was filled with the highest of highs - working in Australia with @gb.surfing . Every opportunity with them I’ve been incredibly blessed, from the people and places to the support and learning new things. I helped shoot content for @aussiehair and covered a few sporting events, including @fuelcatering ’s Backyard Ultra supported by @redbulluk … an event that reminded me you can’t go far without others. I photographed my best friends competing in a triathlon and again had the opportunity to work with @tchplymouth . This is where I got my first photography job, so going back to a team that feels like family was a full-circle moment. I also travelled Ireland for a week, visiting some of the prettiest coastal spots. This year hasn’t been as full-on as I’d hoped. I had to step away from work as cancer took over my life and time, and I’m endlessly grateful I’ve been able to do all of this whilst fighting a disease that completely rules your life. Thank you to everyone who’s supported me from day one - especially this year, for holding space and allowing me to step back. I was scared to leave this industry; it’s one where if you’re not present, you fade away quickly. I’m beyond excited to go into 2026 cancer-free and ready to dust off my camera gear. I’ve got big goals ahead and I’m grateful for people like @jaykelly.mov helping bring my @ironman_uk vision to life. 2025 was the hardest 💩ty year yet, but it was filled with hope, love, and a community that carried me when I couldn’t. Here’s to 2026 … it’s go time 😎
