Adding human interest gives a sense of scale, flow, and purpose in property photography. I love it. Takes me back to fashion shoots years ago. It can also storyboard a property reinforcing the floorplan for a sense of layout.
This Avalon, NSW property for @mcgrathpittwater just screamed out to have a person in the shots. I didn't know we were doing that before I got there but it all came together beautifully.

Just had to put the owner in to capture the lifestyle of owning this home. So many beautiful areas to relax in. One of my favourite shoots of the year so far.

I still think a natural window look and sky is nicer than a heavy handed punchy outlook. Unless it is a particular view.
