Happy MerMay! I haven’t posted any art in almost 2 years, so I decided to participate in @karolinepietrowski Draw This In Your Style challenge. It felt good to just draw for fun! ☺️

An artist’s mind never turns off! When I saw these nails in the store, they reminded me of a pair of high heels. I also thought it would be cute to recreate a pair of polkadot pantyhose that I have as part of the “shoe.” I always love adding my own flair to things — never been a “straight out of the package” type of girl! What do you all think?

“I deserve it all because it’s mine.” Forever grateful for the endless opportunities to express my creativity in every way I can. 2024 was the year of intention; now, 2025 better “squabble up!” Happy New Year to all and thanks for rocking with me another year. 🫶🏽 Here are my highlights of 2024: -Spent endless amounts of time learning Adobe Illustrator -Spent time crafting with my mini -Moonlighting as a nail tech -Engraving pieces for my cousin’s wedding -Making covers for my Kindle -DIY gifts and projects for teacher appreciation week -Hand lettered almost 500 bags for Luminara DC -Had fun customizing greeting cards -DIY paper flowers for Logyn’s kindergarten graduation -Many engraving events, bottle engraving and Sweetgreen chalkboard updates for @rightplacestudio -Live sketching events -Enjoying free time and beautiful views -A new obsession with coloring books -Custom party decor for my uncle and daughter birthday parties -Hand painted birthday sneakers for Logyn -Holiday decor -Custom gift wrapping for a client -And lastly, spending countless hours volunteering with the school PTA
