Breaking in to the creative industry is hard. Getting the right connections, backing yourself, finding someone who actually knows the industry and has time for you. That’s what Soho Mentorship Brighton is for.
One-to-one mentoring with a creative professional over 16 weeks. In our last cohort, half of all mentees came out the other side with real work experience. 💙

This isn’t just a diversity issue, it’s a creative crisis.
Nearly 45% of people in the UK come from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.
But are their voices being heard? Are their lives reflected in the stories we tell, the products we sell, and the culture we shape?
As the UK’s creative sector celebrates growth and global recognition, we need to ask: who’s being left out, and why?
At Creative Mentor Network, we’re backing talent being locked out of the industry, but we need people already in it to help make change happen.
