Iykyk, I’m quick to tell people that I don’t straighten my hair. Between the potential of heat damage and the fact that I live in a very humid area…I felt like there was no point! But as soon as Cécred dropped the styling collection and I learned about how it held up through Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour…I got curious. When presented with the opportunity to experience these products and have the very talented @hairista bless my hair, I said ABSOLUTELY 😁.

I absolutely LOVED The Devil Wears Prada 2! I attended the @regalmovies fan event in Atlanta yesterday and had a great time! Unfortunately there were no red purse buckets, but I see them online now 🤞🏾. The movie itself was FAB and that made me so happy because sequels don’t always live up to the hype of the original!

I was #giftedbymiumiu around Valentine’s Day (video review on the clock app!) and I’ve been obsessed with Miutine ever since. The bottle is already half empty because I wear it almost every day 😅

Happy Cécred Sunday! @cecred finally gave us styling products and I’m putting them to the test! Let’s start with the strong hold gel:
I don’t like having a lot of product in my hair, so I use a pea sized amount for each section of my hair. I wanted to see how a little bit worked out with all this hair and I was pleasantly surprised!
My hair is VERY thick and most of it is 4b. A slick back is something that’s nearly impossible for me, so I was focused on reducing frizz and a nice smooth bun. Mission complete ✅
This gel is not very sticky and it spreads well. It feels light both in your fingers and in your hair. I didn’t deal with any flakes and my hair was soft - I was able to easily take it down and fluff it out!
