Para esta segunda referencia contamos con el exquisito trabajo de Ali Sajed aka ASYD, joven granadino de raíces árabes que se caracteriza por tener un amplio abanico de gustos e influencias, predominando las de origen británico como son el Jungle, el Dub, el Break y sobre todo el Intelligent Drum & Bass. Todas estas se ven reflejadas en los 4 tracks que nos brinda para la ocasión:

“Producido con hardware (Elektron Syntakt y Arturia MicroFreak), Plug-ins (Buchla Easel V, Modular V, MiniFreak, Synclavier), resamplings y grabaciones originales de mi voz; el EP hace referencia al sentimiento de vacío que puede provocar el hecho de crear música individualmente y cómo el sonido puede amoldarse a este sentimiento, creando así estructuras que dan vida a lo que podemos llamar música.”

“The Mysterious Sound Of Emptiness” es la segunda publicación del sello Creative Interface, producida por Ali Sajed alias ASYD en la ciudad de Granada. Este EP mantiene una sólida base de electro con toques de ambient y IDM, producido utilizando hardware, plugins, grabaciones originales y otros elementos que le dan un carácter personal. El nombre hace referencia al sonido que el vacío podría tener potencialmente, y al misterio que acompañaría al apreciarlo.

Estamos muy contentos de anunciar que nuestro primer lanzamiento ya salió a la luz. Un álbum colaborativo el cual transmite la base de nuestra idea conceptual: la unión que hay entre la naturaleza y la cultura. Pues, ¿qué es la música sino la convergencia entre lo científico y lo emocional, lo físico y lo imaginario o lo real y lo fantástico?
10 temas con personalidades muy marcadas que varían desde lo más orgánico y natural (hay frases, motivos e incluso composición/es en acústico así como elementos analógicos) a algo más sintético o digital, manteniendo eso sí una línea melódica con toques de electro, breaks, UK Garage, House e incluso IDM.
