We’re hiring: Centre Manager at CorporateCubes.Co 347 Kent Street Sydney.
This isn’t just about operations. It’s about creating a space people actually want to be in.
You’ll be the person making sure everything runs smoothly, from member experience to sales, events, and day-to-day energy in the space.
What you’ll be across:
• Running daily centre operations (open/close, member needs, bookings, the works)
• Supporting tours, leads and turning interest into new members
• Bringing the space to life through events and community moments
• Onboarding new members and making them feel part of it from day one
• Keeping the space looking and feeling exactly how it should
• Managing reporting, invoicing and overall centre performance
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
• Have 3–5 years experience in sales and customer experience
• Have led a team before and know how to take ownership
• Are confident running tours and following up leads
• Have worked with CRM systems (HubSpot a big plus)
• Can prepare proposals and see them through
• Communicate well with everyone, from members to senior leadership
• Enjoy fast-paced environments where no two days look the same
This role sits right in the middle of everything; people, product, and performance.
