They collaborated to deliver flawless hair and makeup looks for models taking to the big stage 🪮
As part of the event, our MA Creative Practice students designed and exhibited original pieces to fill the atrium of the First Direct Arena, to create an engaging and interactive experience for the guests 🖼️

This is a celebration of the incredible work coming out of the Prosthetics and Special Effects Makeup course @creativeambitionmakeup@unicentreleeds alongside the talented filmmaking students at @kirkleescollege and the creativity driving it all forward.
When Film Buddy linked in with @natashajordanfx and Leah Simpson to discuss how we could celebrate the students work, the conversation quickly turned to Vikings… and that spark led to Gandr.
Directed by @ldb.director , Gandr is a striking short film that showcases the skill, creativity, and detail coming through the course, a true display of what these students are capable of.
Bringing college and university creatives together like this is exactly what Film Buddy is all about. We’re proud to help create these opportunities and even prouder watching what comes from them.
The future of film is in very good hands. 🙌
