На самом деле, несмотря на большой опыт работы на фестивальных площадках и отдельно на ивентах в Азии, такой опыт создания проекта с нуля в Таиланде в этом году был для нас впервые. Под нашим контролем работали сразу несколько команд, нужно было решать всё новые и новые вопросы, а они не заканчивались, работать сразу с несколькими райдерами артистов, организовать фуд-корт зону, вип ложи, гримерки. По отдельности звучит несложно, но, еще раз, это нужно было сделать за 72 часа в Таиланде 🤯

In reality, despite our extensive experience working on festival sites and at standalone events across Asia, this was our first time building a project from scratch in Thailand this year. Multiple teams were operating under our supervision, and we had to tackle an endless stream of new challenges—managing several artist riders simultaneously, organizing a food court area, VIP lounges, and dressing rooms. Each task on its own sounds manageable, but once again, this all had to be accomplished within 72 hours in Thailand 🤯
Would we do it again?
We’re already planning to.

Full technical production for a festival in Phuket.
This season, we went further — not just bringing in our equipment, but building the entire festival ground from scratch. From concept and layout to the full setup on site.
We started with an empty space and turned it into a working venue.
Stage, dressing rooms, stands, dancefloor — everything built to meet each artist’s rider and make the whole system run smoothly.
The location wasn’t random. Plumeria Event Space — right in the center of Bangtao, a beautiful spot by the lake — became the foundation for the project.
Glad it all came together.
There’s real satisfaction in knowing we can build spaces like this ourselves.
And even more — in seeing the crowd, the energy, and the feedback.

We won’t pretend this one was easy.
When an event brings together heads of state from two countries, international media, well-known musicians, a large technical setup and a very tight timeline — the level of attention to every detail is on a completely different scale.
But honestly, that’s exactly the kind of work we enjoy the most.
Seeing the final result. Seeing our company mentioned in the media around a project like this. Meeting new people and hearing that we were recommended as a production team in Thailand — that means a lot.
We’re proud of the work, proud of the team, and definitely not planning to slow down.
