Few years back at one of Create or Die's arts centres in Marrickville.
We acknowledge the Gadigal and Wangal peoples of the Eora Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which the event was held, and pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging Sovereignty was never ceded.

Perhaps there is no longer enough space for storage in my body.
Is this the effect of the news and the scenes of blood I watch on social media?
Should I dance to enjoy myself, maybe?
Or perhaps I am living moments that have been archived in my body from genocide.
Maybe I smile on the inside.
Maybe I am truly strong.
Maybe there are many people who do not understand.
Maybe I also do not understand.
Maybe we all understand very well that we will not fully understand what is happening, even though we are aware of it.
Is this a space for philosophy? Maybe.
Is there meaning, or is there none?
I wonder a lot where am I, and where do I want to be.
You know something? I feel tired of talking in the first place.
One last question:
Should I say words that express that we are strong in the midst of this hell, so that there is some hope? Or is it okay to say that this planet has become dark?
What does logic even rely on in times like these…
