Teamed up with @createdbycoby to design a poster for the incredible Amazon Prime original Sound of Metal. We wanted to bring our raw, gritty styles together and design a poster that reflects the film’s chaotic and emotional energy while making it feel like a representation of a metal band’s underground aesthetic.
Had a blast working on this together! It’s always a treat to bounce ideas off of other creatives.

Making this album cover was so fun, speed is band that lives up to its name, bringing forth just as much talent as they do energy. Heavy riffs, heavy vocals, and clever drum fills. Can’t beat it.
Speed is a hardcore band from Sydney Australia and man do they RIP. Every song off this album is insane. Would love to see these guys live one day!

Album Redesign: Toxicity by System of a Down (2001)
Trying to go more in depth and share bits of my creative process while making these designs. I love doing album redesigns and embrace the ebbs and flows of the creation process.
I was able to get more professional vinyl and vinyl disk mockups, I want to continue to challenge myself with designs and produce designs that are packaged concisely and professionally.
It’s been some time since my last post, I was dealing with massive amounts of burnout and adjusting to a new job, any new design I was making around that time felt contrived and I wasn’t proud of them. The break was good though (almost too much time away from making designs haha).
This is my passion, I want to continue to create design work, and further my skills in the craft and make connections with other creatives.
