The Walthamstow Adult Neurodivergent Group and LSM Clinic are hosting a free workshop to help you with your muscle care around neck & shoulder pain. In the workshop, you’ll learn how to create a self-care plan that takes only 5-10 minutes per day spread throughout the day. We’ll be using neck and shoulder pain as an example, but the formula can be used for self-care for any part of your body. You don’t need a lot of time to take care of yourself if you focus on the right things, and this workshop will explain what the right things are, including a chance to practice the stretches and exercises for yourself. If you’re worried about forgetting your self-care, we’ll also be covering ways to set it up to increase the chances that you’ll remember it.
