Last weekend, we had Crafted with Time (@craftedwithtime ) over for a special fermentation workshop where we explored the making process of their signature white miso and its many uses. From mixing koji soybeans and salt to prepare the miso paste and turning it into varied creations such as caramel dip and sambal, here are few highlights from the event. #TheNewsroom

Cool down with ‘Miso Choco TIME’, an iced blend of with chocolate miso fudge, milk, and vanilla syrup topped with coffee crumbles—or when the day calls for something warm, go with ‘Miso Tea TIME’, where the miso is infused into a soothing mix of hōjicha, jasmine tea, and steamed milk.
