SMALL TRUCK, BIG HEARTS ️We’re still just a humble food truck doing what we do best, making proper sandwiches with good ingredients, all cooked fresh and made with care.We’ve been nominated for Best Food Truck in the Georgia Straight Golden Plates, and honestly, that means a lot. This one has been a long time coming. I FINALLY got the chance to try out Vancouver’s best breakfast on wheels. @crackonvan On has a KILLER lineup of brekkie all day dishes focusing on eggs and bacon. I went with Crack Sandwich: Thick cut bacon, havarti, candied jalapeños, tomato relish, lemon garlic aioli. This scrumptious sandwich made me rethink my whole existence on a beautiful Vancouver day. I mean look at that cross section. Nuff said! Loaded Hashbrows: Hash Browns topped with Bacon Bits, Mozarella, Cheddar, Pickled Red Onions, Candied Jalapeños, Kume Gochujang Sauce. Punchy, tangy, and hearty. Looking for a hangover cure - you’ve found it. My fav between the two.Overall a great grab n go breakfast truck.
