Today, the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation along with our sponsor, Police Mortgage,LLC honored two Chicago Police Officers for their incredible work while apprehending a dangerous gang member in September of 2021. During the apprehension, the offender shot at the police. Nevertheless, these officers were able to take him into custody without returning fire.⠀

Wednesday, 29 December 2021, will mark the 10th Anniversary of the death of Police Officer Clifton Lewis , who was assigned to the Austin District. The 015th District will hold its Annual memorial roll call for Officer Lewis at 1000 N. Lorel (Augusta/Lorel). There will be a brief service for Clifton. His sacrifice will never be forgotten. ⠀
