We’ll be playing a moody and mystical program of repertoire that we adore: Haydn’s “Emperor” Quartet, Ligeti’s “Métamorphoses Nocturnes” and Schumann’s Quartet No. 1, all works that take the listener on unexpected and transformational journeys between light and darkness.
