# 6 Reset your body & train your mind with an ice bath
I've always wanted to try cold plunging cos I know there are so many benefits like post workout muscle recovery, boost dopamine level and build resilience against stress.
And I finally did it with @__heddi__@abbychannnnn_ like a girls date. We are recommended to go back and forth between the sauna, ice bath and hot water. At the end we spent like 3 hours there and didn’t really wanna leave😚

聽了旁邊有經驗的客人建議：
下水時要整個人下水
不要慢慢先下腳->再到身
(因為這樣根本沒辦法再下去🥶)
我個人的建議:
- 保持冷靜並用深呼吸調節自己
- 把專注放到場內音樂
(捱過一個chorus= ard 30s
我感覺30-45s後身體就開始適應了🤍)
- 中間一定要補充水份
(也可以試他們的energy drink)
剛剛去了西班牙
airbnb碰巧沒有熱水沖涼
以前我一定不能忍受
但試了ice bath
竟然可以連續四天凍水涼🙃
