Originally brewed in celebration of our 3rd Anniversary, Astral Sage is a crushable, flavor packed hazy pale ale. Coming in at an even 6% and dry hopped with Citra and Strata you should expect flavors of Mandarin oranges, light citrus pith, tropical pineapple, peach skins, and a weighty dank weed profile that brings everything together.

Beautiful Saturday to kick back and crush some West Coast IPA. Lucky for you, we’ve got 2 on draft right now. Pictured above is Foolish Desire V2, a retooled version crafted to fill the void in our hearts left by old school American IPA. A bigger malt presence, a bolder bitterness, and flavors of dank citrus and pine. This one contrasts nicely with Graveseeker, our house West Coast IPA. This is a much more contemporary take on the style, focusing what we’ve learned from New England style IPA and translating that to clear beer. Swing by and try them both.

We’re feeling festive today, and just finished bottling the freshest batch of our house Clarified Margarita so why not take a little time to talk about it.
We’ve been running this delightful little cocktail pretty consistently over the last year and yinz have seemed to really enjoy it. We start by making a big batch of our Margarita with tequila, blue curaçao, agave syrup, fresh lime juice, and fresh grapefruit juice. Then we clarify the entire batch with whole milk for an aesthetically pleasing appearance and silky smooth drink. Once we’ve strained the milk out and collected the final protect we bottle it to later serve over a large cube of ice with a garnish of dehydrated lime and pink salt. These go down a little too easily.
We’ll be running a special on margs today, so swing by for $1 off each Clarified Margarita. It’s Tuesday, so that means we’ll have our weekly Magic the Gathering draft league taking place. If you’ve been interested in seeing what this is all about we highly recommend you swing through and see what’s up. We’ve built a really solid community of players and are always welcome to newcomers.
@nickyshotdogs will be joining us this evening as well for what looks like a really enjoyable evening on the deck.

Looks like we’ve got a gloomy Wednesday ahead of us, but fear not as we’ve also got something very exciting hitting the draft lines and can fridge today at open.
Foolish Desire is making its return today. This 6.66% West Coast IPA is still hopped with Chinook and Cascade, but we have made some adjustments since its last release.
We are still very much in love with this brand, branding, and the idea behind this one. We simply just wanted to take another crack at what we’ve been chasing all along with Foolish.
You can expect a more traditional or old school American IPA/West Coast IPA this time around, with a more prominent malt backbone and what is easily the most hops we’ve ever used hot side. Big flavors of pine and dank citrus are met with a balancing, approachable caramel. Think late 90s early 2000s American IPA.
We’re excited to see what yinz think of this, and pumped to be featuring it on draft next to Graveseeker (our main West Coast IPA that is much more a contemporary take on the style).
Pens game will be on tonight as well. You know the drill.
