✨ 10 YEARS OF CK ✨ CK began way back in 2015, and after some time just having fun and gigging around the UK and Europe, we started releasing music. First came our OODLES and STROODLES EPs — formative, explorative and weird… and to be honest, so were we. Then came lockdown and CASA KULA CASSETTE, recorded entirely in our bedrooms. Staying busy during such a dark time proved the right move — it kept us alive creatively and ended up landing us a record deal with @rhythmsectionhq Rhythm Section International. 🤝 Our debut album 💛DOUBLE DINNERS 💛followed - putting us on the map, getting love and press from across the globe — and then came 🥵VITAMIN D🥵, our big celebration of finally being able to party, socialise and play music to real live humans again. Since then, we’ve toured our music to sold-out crowds across the UK & Europe, and last year made it all the way to India for our first big festival outside Europe. We’re honestly so grateful for everyone who’s been with us on this journey — everyone who’s shared our music with friends, bought a record after a show, played our tunes on your radio shows or at your parties. We couldn’t have done any of this without you 💛 So — to celebrate, we’re throwing a one-time show, playing music from all the CK eras, at one of our favourite intimate Bristol venues: The JAMJAR @thejamjar_bristol 🎉 We expect this to sell out… so don’t wait! Blurring the lines between psych-pop, soul, jazz and electronica, @cousinkula craft music that feels like a lucid dream – woozy, emotionally rich, and texturally lush. The rising forces from Bristol decorated the Jameson South Stage with a set that was textured, precise and full of feeling as they let groove and emotion take the lead. Okay, so we never post our recaps on time… but reflections are happening, and 2025 was a big one. 👌 Mainly we were still riding the wave of our Vitamin D album, and we had the pleasure of getting back out on the road and touring in mainland Europe again. • Kicked off the year playing a festival @magneticfieldsfestival in India – our first gig outside Europe. • Dropped our ‘Aftersun’ EP on @rhythmsectionhq and kept new releases flowing with covers, notably our version of ‘I Feel Love’. • Toured in Germany, had a beautiful time doing so! • Played at @officialronnies . Need we say more.. • Hit some big main-stage festival slots, but also made amazing memories doing smaller, special summer shows — like our @thepeoplesfrontroom set at Shambala. • Had a real blast at the @jazzcafefestival , supporting @panamsterdamnyc . • Loads of radio love throughout the year - including @nicholasgrimshaw and the best - @craigcharlesfunkandsoul ran a live on-air competition between our version of I Feel Love and Donna Summer’s- absolutely hilarious 😘 as always, thanks to all the heads that make all this possible. 🫵 Here’s to more music in 2026 💕 ck x
