It’s race week and we’re locked and loaded for another trophy raid in both classes @snettertonofficial #We’ve had lots of tasty machinery through the doors, customers at the Ring and we’ve been busy putting a new front tub on Charlie’s Boxster. The 935 is nearly ready for it's first fire up in 14 years! Lots of fettling and tweaking going on has kept us on our toes. Huge thanks to @buxtedconstructionltd and @mastermac_surfacing for their continued support, and to @countyclassicsracing for delivering a fantastic car all weekend. The Cayman hit the track for the opening round of the @porscheclubmotorsport 2026 championship at Donington GP (11th April) 🏁
Wet qualifying saw us secure P4 for both races against a very competitive grid.
Race 1….. ambition outweighed talent into turn 1 and we found ourselves doing a bit of WRC in the gravel 😅 Back on track in P22, we fought through the field to finish P6. A proper damage limitation drive.
Race 2 was a different story. Another strong start, same move around the outside of turn 1….. this time it stuck. Up to P3, then into P2 a lap later where we stayed to the flag. P1 was just out of reach on the day, but we’ll keep pushing.
Couldn’t be happier with the car, the results, an how the weekend came together. A strong start to the season 👊

Round 1 of the @porscheclubmotorsport championships done and dusted. And what a belter it was, @doningtonpark didn't disappoint. Kyle Wells of @kylewellsracing taking a full house - x2 fastest laps, x2 pole positions and x2 wins in CCR-DC02, with special thanks to @martinhollands_intraxracing . Ollie Chatham, @chatham_racing in his stunning Championship Cayman putting in a sterling recovery after a lap 1 miss hap, to charge back through to 6th, and showing he means business to take 2nd place in race 2. Then Charlie, who's moved up from the The Boxster Cup to Class 2 this year, took to the wheel of the CCR rental Boxster and only went and bagged two third places in the process! Next up, Stuart in his stunning Martini liveried Cayman battled brake issues yet still put in strong performances to finish both races and had fun dicing with Kyle for much of the races. And last but definitely not least, Luke Kelly - in a CCR built championship winning Cayman, handled his first ever race with impeccable control and pace and putting a showing on that has started on a very good footing and bodes very well for the season ahead. It’s nearly the start to a new race season! We’ve an amazing line up of hugely talented drivers and we have been working hard to provide more championship winning cars to continue the winning streak! We’ve had our busiest few months ever and we’re working 7 days a week to keep on track and be ready. Alongside the racing has been the usual mix of amazing machines in for fault finding, tuning, set up work, recommissioning and general servicing. Our first two drivers of 2026 have broken cover on the brilliant @msvr_official media day at a very wet @doningtonpark on Tuesday, followed by a successful test day for @kylewellsracing . @stuartmarston returns in his beautiful @martini wrapped and heavily updated 987 Cayman in to the class 1 championship, and we have the very exciting debut of Kyle Wells, supported by @oematchparts into the AM class in his 986 Boxster. High expectations for both this season and definitely 2 to watch at the sharp end of the grid.
