Join us this week at the @twistedspinebooks launch event for Dane Bahr's THE DEAD RINGER, moderated by @emilynemens ! RSVP now at the 🔗 in our bio. ADVANCE PRAISE FOR 💀 THE DEAD RINGER 💀 ✨ "Full of suspense and action, this captivating Montana Western, set largely in 1935, will have readers’ hearts pumping." — @altajournal ✨ "This is a raw, biblically heated tale about generational trauma, the possibilities of redemption, and predetermined fate. With its parade of blood-spattered victims, its philosophical ponderings, and fiercely lyrical depictions of the American West, this is country noir at its grimmest while at the same time channeling hope. Its intensity never lets up. The best novel yet by a powerfully original artist." — @Kirkus_Reviews (starred 🌟 review) ✨ "Bahr delivers a bold, propulsive tale of violence and vengeance in the early-20th-century American West . . . Thriller fans seeking something off the beaten path should check this out." — @publisherswkly #danebahr #western #noir #bookstagram #horrorbooks #authorevent

Happy publication day to @hafeezlakhani 's ABUNDANCE! 🍩 ABUNDANCE tells the story of two generations of a Muslim Indian family grappling with what parts of life we control and what we must humbly accept in pursuit of the American dream. ✨ "An indelible portrait of family dynamics and the interplay between business and life." —@people ✨ "Compelling . . . Evocative and yearning descriptions of India contrast with the complexities of cultural assimilation and the demands of franchise management. The family’s Muslim faith is also conveyed with meaningful intensity . . . Spanning from Rawalpindi to Miami, the intricate novel ABUNDANCE is an immersive contemporary immigrants’ saga."— @forewordreviews ✨ “This debut novel has most all of my favorite ingredients. We have an epic, multigenerational family story, imbued with a strong sense of place and philosophically specific characters. Check, check, check." — @literaryhub ✨ “Lakhani’s perceptive debut follows the fates and fortunes of an Indian American family facing an impending loss . . . The bittersweet, character-driven narrative offers piercing insights into the meaning of fulfillment and the cost of success. This satisfies." — @publisherswkly #bookstagram #bookclub #bookish #bookcommunity #indiepress
