Session with some of the Cottage boys. It’s all well and good photographing athletes at the top of their game, but when they are that fast I have about 6 seconds to get the shot and then I have to wait 7 minutes when they come back round for another lap. Think I did ok…

Really happy with where things are at.
Saturday’s 5x5k was a big one. Rolling through it with @belgraveharriers and @cottagerelocated ’s finest made the hurt a little more manageable.

After finishing 5th at the Liverpool Euro XC trials on the weekend, @joe_hudson76 has safely secured a place on the plane to Portugal to rep the GB vest in the Senior Men's race in two weeks time 🇬🇧 Joe has been pounding the pavement with us for a few months now so it comes as no surprise. Have it.
