They labeled the item incorrectly for customs, which caused me to get charged extra fees. They originally marked the sword as “wooden,” even though it wasn’t wood. If it had been labeled correctly as a toy prop, customs wouldn’t have charged me €83 🫠 They initially offered to partially refund me, but then they suddenly stopped responding. Honestly, I didn’t even want a refund — I just wanted them to correct the material label they used. • • Wig styled by: @aliki.cos Note: I might make another post about this as well, because there were also a lot of issues here. Some problems came from both sides, but communication was difficult — especially when it came to arranging wig pickup and meeting halfway in their city.
