For her eponymous solo project, she produces sounds in the most intuitive way, creating a blend of synthwave, Neue Deutsche Welle (NDW), rock ‚n‘ roll, and danceable electronic music. Following the release of her debut album, „Interior Escapes,“ in 2021, she has released three more albums. Her latest release, „Embodiment of Denial,“ will be out on May 22, 2026, on @_bretford_ Records. Her music is characterized by repetitive bass melodies, explosive beats, expressive vocals, humor, and a playful use of language. ‚Contraddict‘ - New music video is out today ‚A trip through colourless urban landscapes in which mysterious figures dance as if there was no other way to move. Cosey gets into the role of a narrator addressing a subject deeply complex and impossible to bring to a conclusion. The word invention „contraddict“ reflects the phenomenon of some kind of addiction to dualism in which we are all trapped.
