I revolved my whole life around this sport, and avoided everything else at the same time.
Now that I’ve come to terms with this realisation, I’ve been working on balancing my priorities and actioning all the things I had been unawarely neglecting.
And now my riding is better off because of it. (+ feeling happy and stable)
This is my lived experience.
I’m not trying to tell anyone how to do things, I just feel like sharing my story.
