It’s definitely that time of year with burn Morels already popping for a couple weeks out here in Oregon. . The tees will be limited to 300 pieces and each one will be uniquely accented with an Infinity Newt print and one other TBD multiprint. . The art features all the burn morel species with some helpful notes & a healthy dose of nonsense. I don’t care where you find yourself politically, if you care about the environmental magic that makes not only the PNW, but this planet a rad place to inhabit, PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL NOW. The world is pretty f*cked right now in lots of different ways, but the things we do to the planet outside of human-on-human bullsh*t will change things forever. Species we eradicate (inevitably many we never knew existed if they aren’t charismatic megafauna), ecosystems we dismantle, swaths of plants we destroy that clean the air & regulate heat, oceans we over harvest & pollute that regulate temperatures and support infinitely complex life, and irreplaceable & ancient communities of organisms we bulldoze for a quick profit WILL NOT COME BACK. . I recognizes good deal of privilege in my hyper focus on non-human problems, but that doesn’t make it untrue or unimportant. . Am I haunted daily by the laundry list of human atrocities, often committed or supported by the country was born in & still live in? Yes. . Am I potentially more disturbed by the damage being done to ALL SPECIES NOT Homo sapiens every f*cking day, and the class of humans that don’t seem to care, or if they do they value a geologic-time millisecond of human profit over a planet full destruction? Yes. . Maybe most frustrating is that it’s the same tiny group of humans primarily prompting both manifestations of pure f*ckery. Just stop being assholes for one mushroom loving minute alright man?! . That’s it.
