Days like this are what itās all about šš We had the best time out at @happymotomx riding side by side and soaking up all the fun. Watching my mini find her groove and share the track with me is pretty hard to beat.

One thing I never mess around with is head protection. You only get one brain, and protecting it is the most important thing you can do as a rider. š§ š„
If youāre going to splurge on anything, let it be your helmet. Thatās why I ride in the FLY Formula Helmet. Not only is it insanely comfortable and lightweight, but itās also packed with top-notch tech designed to protect what matters most ā your brain.
After years of racing and coaching, Iāve learned that confidence starts with knowing your gear has your back (and your head š). This helmet does exactly that.
š Whatās the #1 thing YOU look for in a helmet? Drop it below ā¬ļø
One of the biggest riding mistakes I see is riders looking down instead of ahead. When your eyes are locked on the ground or your front fender, your bike will follow and usually not where you want it to go.
By keeping your vision up and looking ahead, everything about your riding gets better:
ā Balance feels easier
ā Corners flow smoother
ā You choose better lines
ā Your confidence skyrockets
Remember: your bike will always go where your eyes are pointed. So keep your head up, scan the trail, and look through the corner not at the obstacle in front of you. š
The Big Announcement⦠Iām Taking Over Dirtastic!
Hey friends ā Cortney here šš¼
Iām super excited to finally share that Iāll be taking the reins of Dirtastic moving forward!
If we havenāt met yet, Iāve been riding dirt bikes since I was 5, went pro in WMX and WORCS back in 2013 (with a little Pro-Endurocross thrown in too), and have been coaching riders for over a decade. Dirt bikes have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember ā theyāre not just a hobby, theyāre my passion.
Iāve been coaching with Dirtastic for the past 5 years, and when @kalynbenaroya decided to pass the torch, it felt like the right next step. #Dirtastic is an amazing group of women and such a special community in the moto space!
My goal is to keep that same Dirtastic energy alive, while also continuing to grow and evolve. Expect more events, more chances to ride, more connection, and more support for women at every stage of their moto journey.
Whether youāve been with us from the beginning or are just jumping in, I canāt wait to ride with you.ā¤ļø

BendTrails moto edition: day job took me to Santiam Pass OHV recently to shoot pictures with @lady_bots6@cortcarp & @dirt.astic . I stood behind pro-shooter @roux.cody with my phone to snap these pix. Follow all their accounts for some great content. š„
āļøchill āļø
If you know me you know Iām a pretty chill person off the bike. I like to go with the flow and take things as they come. However you would also know I have zero chill when it comes to riding or racingš I just like to go fastš¤·š¼āāļø
Shoutout to @flyracing.global for making us look so good ā¤ļøāš„
