🌍 Meet Correlation – European Harm Reduction Network
We bring together more than 350 members, including 190 organisations from 40 countries, making us one of Europe’s largest and most influential networks in the field of drug policy, health, and harm reduction. 🤝
Harm reduction is about reducing the harms associated with drug use and drug policies. It supports people who use drugs and other marginalised communities like migrants, sex workers, or people experiencing homelessness, to stay safe, healthy, and respected.
✨ Help works better when people have a choice. Harm reduction puts people’s wellbeing first, instead of demanding to quit or punishment. From needle exchange to housing first programmes, it saves lives and makes communities stronger. 🏠💪
🇪🇺 At the European Harm Reduction Network, we work for an inclusive, just Europe where no one is left behind.
We support, inform, share, and act — strengthening the harm reduction movement across Europe. 🔗
📊 Every year, we track trends in over 40 cities, host trainings and conferences, and publish practical tools for frontline services. 🧭

📅🤝 On International Harm Reduction Day, we are highlighting key insights from our Civil Society Monitoring Report on New Drug Trends in Europe.
The findings show why community-based monitoring is essential: it helps capture changes as they are experienced locally, identify shifting trends and emerging concerns, ultimately providing data for harm reduction advocacy.
Listening to civil society and people who use drugs is crucial for building timely, evidence-informed, and rights-based policies and harm reduction interventions.
