Four years ago today, my Mom took her last breath after a long, brutal battle with cancer. She was the best, and I still miss her every single day. Ever since, Mother’s Day has been bittersweet for me. Hug your moms. Call them. Spend time with them. Don’t take them for granted.
It’s the year 1996. I’m fresh out of Army basic training. I get to my new unit in Fort Hood, Texas and realize I need an alarm clock. Why? Because muthafuka, we didn’t have cell phones then. So I hitched a ride in a February snowstorm in Texas so I could go to Sears and buy this workhorse of an alarm clock. It had a cassette tape player, radio, and told the time. That’s all I needed. And guess what? 30 fking years later it still sits by my bedside.
Before the day is done over here in the Pacific time zone, I just wanted to send out a little reminder. Trans people are human beings who live, work, and exist around you every day.
If you’re spending your time obsessing over their lives and fixating on their bodies, that says far more about you than it does about them. In more blunt terms, you’re all a bunch of fucking weirdo creepy cunts.
And if anyone is still around in my friends list or followers who still have this medieval-type of thinking, please GTFO.

Saddened to hear about the passing of Mark Impetigo. On Gravehill’s tour with Impiety across the US we stopped off at a fest in Wisconsin and it was nice to finally meet him in person. Rest in peace, man.
