You cannot win a game if you are unknowingly the pawn. Today, we brought together the official CorpCi Conclave selected from over 100 applications, to change how they play the game. We spent the session deep-diving into the game theory of the creator economy. We analyzed the power dynamics that turn creators into the modern factory working class. The only way to survive the structural transformation of the attention economy is to understand the layers of the game before the roles become permanent. If you don’t understand the mechanics at play, you will spend the next decade working harder while someone else compounds the wealth you generate. This cohort has chosen to step off the digital assembly line. Over the next 5 months, we are locking in on clarity, positioning, and execution. They are actively refining where they sit in the broader economy so they can stop being extracted from, and start compounding their own value. The masquerade is over. The work has started. Build, or be built upon.

From over 100 applications, a small group was selected. Builders, operators, and creators working within the digital and creative economy, now in one room. This is the CorpCi Founder’s Lab Cohort. The Founder’s Lab is a focused conclave designed to help participants think more clearly about what they are building, where they sit within the broader economy, and how to move with greater precision over the next phase of their journey. Over the coming months, this cohort will engage in a series of sessions centered on clarity, positioning, and execution; not as a passive experience, but as an active process of refining how they think and build. This is where the work begins.

The creator economy is a non-zero-sum game that feels like a zero-sum struggle for attention. We’re diving deep into this at the Lab with a small table of 40 creative founders. Comment GAME and I’ll DM you the link to apply for a seat.

This is why CorpCi exists. A management consulting network engineered for the digital and creator economies. We provide the operational backbone that transforms raw creative intelligence into enduring, scalable enterprise. The CorpCi Network serves builders, operators, strategists, and creators who understand that brilliance alone is not a business model. We build the factory behind the creative. The corporate governance, the systems, the institutional blueprints that allow creative enterprises to survive the founder and scale into legacy organizations. We exist to discipline founders’ ambition until it survives the marketplace. To ensure that the brilliance of creativity is structured, sustained, and scaled. Our mission is simple. Raise the next generation of corporate creative institutions, and the leaders that will carry them. To INDUSTRIALIZE THE CREATIVE

Since starting my doctoral research on the digital economy in 2025, I’ve been sounding the alarm on a new digital class system. My focus is on the shifting power dynamics of the attention economy, and we are witnessing a structural transformation. If we don’t recognize the mechanics at play, creators risk becoming the modern equivalent of the factory working class. Meanwhile, passive users may find themselves positioned even further down the value chain, as their attention is treated as a raw, extractable commodity rather than a choice. We need to understand this “game” before these roles become permanent, and we have to change how we engage with these systems. And time is running out. If you don’t understand the layers of this economy, you will spend the next decade working harder while someone else compounds the wealth you generate. I can’t watch that happen anymore. So I’m showing you how the game is actually played. Who the game masters are. How they’ve set it up. Where you are in the game right now. And what it takes to shift your position. This is game theory for the creator economy. And if you understand game theory, you know that every field has a game being played. Most people don’t see it. They just play. And they lose. 5 sessions. 3 hours each. One per month. 40 seats. Free. Application only. Session 1 is April 24 in Lekki, Lagos. Now let me be clear about who this is for. This is for people who know they’re stuck in the rat race and are ready to get out. This is for people who understand that this is work. Serious work. Disciplined work. Work that requires your input, your focus, your commitment. This is not for people looking for quick wins or shiny trophies. This is not for people who want to be inspired and then do nothing. This is not for people who think showing up is enough. If that’s you, apply: bit.ly/FOUNDERSLAB | Or comment GAME and I’ll DM you the link. 40 seats. If you’re not ready for that level of seriousness, save us both the time. The masquerade is over. Build, or be Built upon.

Comment “STRUCTURE” if you want what I’m building next. I started my agency with more audacity than strategy...I had no idea what I was doing wrong until I was deep in it. If I had to do it again from scratch, this is the order I would take to build something that would actually survive. It’s detailed, and I hope it is of value to you Swipe through. Save it if it hits. Send it to someone who’s about to start. I also break this down fully on YouTube. Link in bio.

A decade ago, I stepped into the digital economy with nothing but curiosity. I built, failed, and learned everything the hard way. Those lessons? Priceless. Now, if I were starting a creative agency in 2026, I know exactly what I’d do differently. I’m sharing it all. Full video on YouTube, link In bio.

I entered the digital space in 2016. A decade ago. I was the Digital Editor of SCHICK Magazine. That was where I discovered my love for creativity, storytelling, and just having fun online. I had ZERO experience. And that stupidity is what made me soar... because I got to learn everything along the way. Then it was time to branch out. I launched The Digital Tinker. If you remember me then, all you needed to do was give me a hard task and I would find out how creatives did anything on social media 😂. The app, the tool, the hack to get it done…I was on job to show you how to get it done. That opened more doors for me. And with ZERO entrepreneurship, leadership, or people skills... I launched an agency. And duh. It failed….. Now, with Stamfordham, and all the lessons I have painfully learned... if you asked me what I would do if I had to build a creative agency from scratch in 2026? Grab a pen! Tomorrow at 2pm on YouTube, I give you the step by step of what I would do differently. Link in bio.

Everyone is creative. My grandmother was creative. The guy selling pure water on the bridge is creative. So if you can accept that everyone is creative...what exactly is your competitive advantage? Creativity is the entry fee. Not the differentiator. The full conversation is on YouTube. Comment “CREATIVE” and I’ll DM you the direct link or, Link in bio ✨🧡

There are things I sit with for a long time before I say them out loud…and the digital economy, specifically the creative economy, in Nigeria, needs to be addressed. I’ve been watching the Nigerian creative economy from the inside…as a founder, as a strategist, as someone who has built things and watched them almost not survive the absence of structure, and I can no longer stay quiet about what I see. I call it the great creative illusion, and I explain why on YouTube. Comment “CREATIVE” and I’ll DM you the direct link or, Link in bio ✨🧡

The creative economy is rich in talent and bankrupt in structure, and until we industrialize it, with institutions, governance, and corporate infrastructure, we will remain a goldmine run by people selling gold for pennies. We exist to change that. The Corpci Network is a management consulting collective tailored for the digital and creator economies. We install the systems, the governance, and the operational backbone that this industry has been building without. This is C²I. Industrialize the Creative. 🔗 thecorpcinetwork.com
